College Recruitment
The majority of professional and managerial hiring at Longview Fibre involves the placement of recent college graduates into entry-level positions. Our goal is to find students who are eager to learn about the different aspects of our business and who want to work with a company that is driven by change. Selected individuals will be encouraged to identify and implement opportunities for improving business processes, organizational design, and corporate culture. Because of the size and complex technology of our Longview mill, we normally have current and/or anticipated opportunities for college graduates, every year. Therefore, our Company typically recruits on Northwest campuses every fall.
Those interested in employment with Longview Fibre are encouraged to inquire at the campus placement office as to our campus interview dates and the types of degrees we are seeking. Those who are unable to sign up for campus interviews may email Human Resources at careers@longfibre.com regarding current opportunities.
All those who send resumes will be considered for any appropriate openings that exist and responded to either by telephone or in writing. Resumes are not kept on file if an opening is not available.
